As the Home Manager, I am in charge of the quality of care we deliver. I love that I can make changes to improve the lives of residents and relatives in the knowledge that the residents are safe and happy. I take great pride in my team, who work hard to make sure we are giving our residents care, enjoyment and support all day every day!

As head of the Lifestyle Team it is my role to ensure that all of our residents’ needs and requirements are catered for. We run a comprehensive and diverse range of activities to suit their individual abilities and aspirations. This brings a lot of fun and shared learning not only for all the residents but often to myself and my team, who are always learning new ways to stimulate and fulfill our residents’ time with us.

I am keen to make sure all the residents’ and family feel welcomed and valued. Having the ability to engage and participate in the residents’ everyday life makes my role extremely fulfilling. Timken Grange provides a safe and friendly environment for all, which I embrace every day.
Front of House Manager
My role here at Timken Grange is Front of House Manager. I find this role very rewarding and really enjoy building relationships with our residents and their families. I am proud to be responsible for being the first point of call for anyone entering the building and enjoy welcoming families and visitors into our lovely home.
I am the Deputy Manager at Timken Grange. I have years of experience and have developed many skills and qualities that allow me to complete my job to a very high standard. I believe every resident should receive a high standard of care so we can be certain they are happy, safe and valued. I find my job very rewarding and thoroughly enjoy getting to know the residents and their families.
Home Admissions Advisor
My role here at Timken Grange is to offer support, advice, guidance & make sure that our residents and their families are not overwhelmed through the decision process of moving into our home. I am a friendly face that can offer emotional understanding & assistance with the more formal administrative process, as it can be daunting when moving from a place where someone has been settled & created memories to a brand new home.
