Layston Grove is a specially designed, purpose-built luxury care home providing 24-hour residential and dementia care in an elegant and state-of-the-art setting.

About the Role
As our Home Admissions Advisor you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and will manage the sales process. The process begins with an enquiry, showing potential residents and their families around our home through to them moving in. You will be organising events to showcase the home, working closely with the home manager and the marketing team to ensure these are well organised and promoted well to maximise the success. You will also be building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, local community groups and charities securing a steady flow of referrals through these sources.
You will be communicating with families at what is often a challenging and emotional time, therefore empathy and compassion is a must.
You will be driven by home occupancy targets and motivated by the results.
You will be an influential team player.
You will be a strong networker with the ability to influence at various levels.
You will be an articulate and effective communicator both verbally and in writing.
You will be organised and tidy with an eye for detail.
You will have the ability to work on several tasks in tandem whilst still maintaining your composure.
You will be reasonably IT familiar although full training will be given on our systems.
