You will be responsible in both roles for ensuring our residents receive an exceptional level of care (physically, emotionally and socially), which in turn enables them to live a fulfilled and enriched life.
As a Care Assistant, you will become part of the care home family. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for care (first and foremost) and those who are keen to be the best in the sector. We welcome all levels of experience as we will take pleasure in providing you with a full induction.
Your hours of work would be 08.00 – 20.00 (days) or 20.00 – 08.00 (nights) and you will be required to work on a three on/three off rota basis. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be leading, directing and mentoring the care team on a day to day basis and ensuring the home adheres to the necessary requirements and procedures as the ‘senior’ in charge.
In addition to Care Assistants, we are always on the lookout for good people with an interest or experience in Catering, Hospitality, Maintenance, Gardening, Housekeeping or Lifestyle (activities) so if you believe you can make a difference to the lives of our amazing residents, then we want to hear from you!
