Weekly wellbeing programme

Our dedicated Lifestyle Manager at Westhill Park will spend time getting to know you, your likes and dislikes and personal goals. This allows us to develop a programme along with the whole Lifestyle Team that suits you and where it can bring out the best in you with the focus on physical, mental and social aspects of your health and wellbeing.

Our activities range from one-to-one sessions, special interest outings and group events such as our dynamic workouts which all help enhance a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
