As Home Manager it is my responsibility that my team and I deliver the highest standards of care to all of our residents. My many number of years working in care has provided me with an understanding that treating people with dignity and respect is essential. I enjoy an open door policy and encourage my colleagues, residents and visitors to share with me any areas where we can improve.

My role is to ensure that I guide our residents and prospective residents through all aspects of the decision process of moving into Timken Grange. I am immensely proud of our home and I want to make sure that all our residents and their loved ones enjoy our home as much as I do. I am here to help make sure each resident is treated as an individual and receives the highest standards of care.

My role is to assist our Home Manager with overseeing the operations of the home and ensuring our residents have the best living experience possible whilst living here at Timken Grange. I oversee the ancillary teams which range from making sure our residents Dining Experience is of 5 star quality, our residents are motivated and energised
